OUTBACK UNIT TRUST No. 2

The Outback Unit Trust No 2 was established to acquire 25% of existing units in OTC Carnarvon Unit Trust (Carnarvon Property), and 25% of existing units in the Apartment 66 Unit Trust (Newman property) from Outback Network Pty Ltd, who retains the remaining 20% interest in the two properties.


The Outback Unit Trust retains a 55% interest in the two properties.
